We noticed you have had some issues updating your password and accessing the new AusDoc website. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and wanted to offer our help to get you back online.
To reset your password:
- Go to the AusDoc homepage and click ‘Forgot Password’ or click here to get started
- Enter the email address that you used to first register for AusDoc and click ‘Request Reset Link’
- Go to your email inbox, open the email and click ‘To reset your password Click Here’
- Your internet browser will open a new tab with the AusDoc site asking you to create a new password
- Enter your own new password (see below for guidelines on creating a safe password)
- Retype your password and click ‘Save’. You will receive a confirmation message on screen of ‘Password has been updated’
- Click ‘Go to AusDoc’, enter your email address and the new password that you created. Then click ‘Remember Me’ so your new password is saved and finally click ‘Log In’ to get started.

NOTE: Setting up a STRONG password
Our data security policy requires all passwords to be classified as ‘Strong’ and the system will not allow you to proceed if your password is classified as ‘Very Weak’ or ‘Medium’.
Our password security algorithm recommends using the following password style:
- Use a minimum length of 8 to 12 characters, exceeding 12 is better
- Use a mixture of capital letters and lower-case letters
- Use a mixture of numbers. Accepted numbers include: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
- Use a mixture of symbols. Accepted symbols include: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + { } | : ” < > ? – = [ ] ; ‘ , . /
