ABOUT THE ROLE
St Agnes’ GP Clinic is seeking dedicated GP who has a strong commitment to providing comprehensive healthcare for elderly patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP who enjoys working in a collaborative and patient-centred environment, specifically in aged care, where the need for ongoing medical management is critical.
The role offers you the chance to work closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of allied health professionals, dementia specialist, nurse practitioner and registered nurses specialising in aged care. This integrated approach ensures that patients receive well-rounded care that addresses not only their immediate medical needs but also their long-term health needs.

- Advanced Technology Support - A dedicated laptop will be provided to ensure seamless integration with Best Practice software, residential care electronic medical records, and the medication management system.
WHO YOU ARE
- Full AHPRA registration .
- Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine
- A strong commitment to delivering patient-centred care is essential, with a focus on understanding and addressing the unique needs of elderly patients in a residential aged care setting.
- You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with patients, their families, and your colleagues.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team is essential.
