  • Competitive service fees from 25%-35% of billings depending on your chosen location.
  • $20,000 (FTE) sign-on bonus
  • $180 - $220 hourly retainer for the first three (3) months depending on your chosen location.

• You'll be supported to develop a sub-specialty skill-set (e.g. skin or women's health) of your choice through financial incentives made from the practice.
• You'll have flexibility and autonomy in managing your schedule and sessions as you please.
• Recent Fellow? You'll also have the option to participate in our New Fellow Mentorship Program whereby you can continue to develop your skill-set with the guidance of an experienced mentor with regular catch-ups that are rostered into your schedule as you please.
