General Practitioner (GP) – Join Our Family-Owned Practice in Broken Hill

We are seeking a dedicated GP to join our family-owned practice in Broken Hill, a vibrant outback mining town on the NSW/SA border. Join our welcoming community, in an environment professional development support which is just a short flight from major cities including Sydney and Adelaide. As a GP at our practice, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive, coordinated, and continued medical care to patients of all age groups.

Position Details:

• Percentage of Billings: Competitive remuneration based on billings, or base rate (whichever is greater)
• Accommodation: Included
• Practice Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 -5.00 (with a 1-hour lunchbreak) with no on call, afterhours, or weekend work.
• Practice Setting: Multi-disciplinary practice with 1 full-time fellow GP and 1 full-time practice nurse
• Supervision and Mentorship: one on one with Practice principal/owner

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a General Practitioner or similar role.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and commitment to patient welfare.

Exam Training and Support:

• Supportive training environment for AMC and FRACGP & ACRRM exams.
• Approved supervisor with interest in supporting education and training
• Supervision can be offered to the right applicant
• Access to RDN’s grants and scholarships
