Located in beautiful Eden, NSW we are looking for a doctor interested in being part of an innovative practice model we believe is the future of GP-led primary care in rural communities. Our vision is to provide better access to services in rural communities in a way that is financially viable, engages community and provides career growth and development opportunities with a focus on keeping life in balance for health workers. The Package
- Flexible work arrangements. Choose your workload and sessions.
- No more than eight sessions per week.
- No weekends.
- Six weeks of paid leave per annum (four weeks annual leave + two weeks personal leave)
- Professional development leave (one week per annum) because you should be supported to grow your skills.
