Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages
• Supervise and mentor IMG Level 2-3, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed for their professional development
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement activities and practice meetings

Requirements:

• FRACGP or equivalent qualification
• AHPRA registration as a VR GP
• Experience in supervising and mentoring IMGs is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and a commitment to culturally sound practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
