Pharmacy-based treatment of minor ailments is working overseas and should be trialled in Australia.

That’s the view of Sydney researchers who examined 147 reviews on minor ailments services across the UK and Canada.
The aim was to identify the key characteristics of these services so a similar model could be developed here, they write in Research In Social and Administrative Pharmacy.
