6CPA millions set to start flowing

The $600 million of 6CPA funding is about to start flowing next month and the risk share plan has been announced.

A major change is a doubling of the monthly quota of Medschecks and Diabetes Medchecks to 20.

A new fee structure has also been introduced.  This includes two fees for collecting patient data when the Medscheck is performed and again six months later.

The new fees are:

  • MedsCheck service fee: $64.70 per patient.
  • Diabetes MedsCheck service fee: $97.05 per patient.
