  • Address anxiety about sleep;
  • Address poor behaviour around sleep;
  • Address fear of disrupted sleep;
  • Look at predisposing dispositions;
  • Consider comorbidities;
  • Consider pharmacological options, but prescribe hypnotics only as a short
