AMA ups the ante on asylum-seeker treatment

A new spate of damning reports on the appalling health and living conditions of asylum seekers in offshore detention has sparked further outrage within the ranks of the AMA.
More than 2000 leaked incident reports from Nauru – totalling more than 8000 pages – were published by the Guardian on Wednesday painting a picture of routine dysfunction and cruelty.
