Anger grows at claims processing delays

More pharmacists are expressing anger at what they say are delays to the processing of claims for professional services payments.

Earlier this week, a pharmacist told Pharmacy News “unnecessarily strict” payment claiming processes for clinical interventions were jeopardising his, and other pharmacists, participation in these programs.
