Anti-gay marriage GP condemned for gay suicide claims

A GP has been slammed by a former AMA president after he accused marriage equality campaigners of exaggerating the risks of “gay suicide” .

Dr David van Gend (pictured) runs the Australian Marriage Forum, which is against allowing LGBTI people the right to marry.
