Anti-vax network wins back charity status

The controversial Australian Vaccination Network has been handed back its charitable status after it was pulled two years ago amid accusations of mismanagement.

The NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing revoked the AVN’s fundraising licence in 2010, declaring the anti-vaccination group’s appeals had not been conducted in “good faith for charitable purposes” and had been “improperly administered”.
