App developers target CVD prevention

Professor Lis Neubeck, whose research with the University of Sydney has focused on “innovative” solutions for secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease, told delegates that one way to improve take-up rates – which are around 15-30% in countries like Australia - is better use of mobile technology.
