Are non-principals' concerns being heard?

The number of GPs who identify themselves as non-principals is growing with almost three quarters of the profession in Australia saying they do not own the practice they work in – leaving just 28% as practice owners.

The findings from the Medicine in Australia: Balancing Employment and Life survey call into question whether this non-traditional group of GPs is being adequately represented by current representative bodies, such as the AMA and RACGP.
