Aspirant hospital pharmacist scoops award
Pharmacy student Harpreet Kaur Singh (pictured) has scooped top honours in the RMIT annual gold medal awards.
The medal was presented by the Victorian branch of the PSA and honours top achievers in the university’s pharmacy program.
PSA Victorian Branch President Benjamin Marchant congratulated Ms Kaur Singh and acknowledged her excellent academic achievements.
Along with her gold medal, Ms Kaur Singh received $1000 worth of PSA professional development. She is hoping to pursue a career in hospital pharmacy and is undertaking an internship at the Austin Hospital in Melbourne.
“I am delighted by the incredible calibre of young pharmacists graduating from the university,” Mr Marchant said.
