Banned patient fails in $20k compensation bid against GP clinic

A patient has failed in his legal battle against a GP clinic for causing him "pain and suffering" after he was banned for abusing staff.

William Allie sought $20,000 compensation from the Casey Superclinic in Melbourne, saying he was victimised.

The practice originally banned him in August 2015. after he allegedly started abusing reception staff and threatening legal action.
