Boutique-style Manly charmer
The location of the boutique hotel – facing north overlooking Sydney’s Manly Beach and its well-recognised Norfolk Island Pines – is second to none.
I spent the better half of the afternoon relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the waves roll in and the tourists and locals meander along the beachfront.
Owned by Mirvac Hotels, the Sebel Manly Beach is only a short walk from the centre of Manly and to the ferry terminal, making it the perfect spot for a short break like ours, an extended family vacation or a business trip.
It offers 83 apartment-style rooms and luxury studios, as well as two pools at the western side of the complex, plus a sauna and spa. The privately-owned Manly Wine restaurant is located on the ground level of the hotel’s complex.
