Bullying claims spark calls for rigorous review of GP training
Claims by GP registrars that they are being bullied on the job have triggered calls for a “rigorous review” of the GP training environment.
General Practice Registrars Australia (GPRA) claims its survey of more than 600 registrars found low levels of satisfaction, with one in five reporting stress because of difficult relations in their practice or with their supervisor.
And some 15% say they are stressed because they are being bullied on the job.
