Carb study has no legs, say Aussie dietitians

A highly publicised US study that claims to prove “carbs are more harmful than saturated fats” has been described by the Dietitians Association of Australia as a “very strong statement from a very small study”.

Published in PLOS One, the study by US scientists says saturated fat intake is unrelated to risk of disease.
