Cheeky texts boost STI partner alerts

A novel take on e-cards and texts, featuring messages such as “You weren’t all I picked up last time”, has helped boost STI partner notification in Sydney’s gay community.

Almost 8000 anonymous text messages and email postcards were sent over three years via the online service, which encourages partners to get tested and treated for STIs.
