Chemo scandal patient list rises by 28

The number of NSW patients believed to have been the given the wrong dose of chemotherapy drugs by specialist Dr John Grygiel has increased by 28.

However "the effect of this practice on individual patient outcomes cannot be determined", according to a NSW Health report into the Sydney-based doctor's work at Orange and Bathurst hospitals.
