Chiro, optometry and other boards need to improve standards: AMA

Addressing the MBA's national conference yesterday in Melbourne, Dr Steve Hambleton said the Optometry Board of Australia’s recent decision to give the “green light to optometrists to prescribe antiglaucoma medications independently” had the potential to undermine collaborative patient care.
