Co-payment battle rolls on

The deal may be signed, sealed and delivered but pharmacists are maintaining their campaign to bin the optional co-payment discount.

In Parliament yesterday, Health Minister Sussan Ley introduced the National Health Amendment (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Bill 2015 which will allow pharmacies to discount the patient co-payment for PBS medicines.
