Commonwealth to appeal PSR case

Sydney-based Dr Il-Song Lee was one of dozens of doctors whose adverse findings regarding alleged inappropriate Medicare billing were thrown into doubt by a Federal Court finding in 2011 that ruled former health ministers Tony Abbott and Nicola Roxon had failed to consult the AMA on PSR appointments.
