Complaints system is destroying lives, says doctors' group

A group of doctor activists, including controversial neurosurgeon Dr Charlie Teo, is demanding a major overhaul of medical regulation, saying it's destroying careers and lives. 

Health Professionals Australia Reform Association claim members have either experienced or witnessed poor handling of complaints, with doctors facing family break-up, wrecked reputations and financial hardship.
