Consumers back pharmacist vaccinations – but not for kids

Consumers are supportive of pharmacist-delivered vaccination services, but have concerns about the suitability of such programs for children, a new survey reveals.

With the Queensland Pharmacist Immunisation Pilot program set to commence next week, researchers from Queensland University of Technology found that consumers had confidence in pharmacists’ ability to deliver vaccinations, Medical Xpress reported.
