Coroner raps doctors over farmer's death

"A tragedy of errors" at a rural hospital contributed to the septicaemia death of a farm owner, a coroner has found.

Graeme John Jennings, 65, died in Goulburn Valley Hospital in Victoria from staphylococcal septicaemia on 27 April 2012, 10 days after he first presented there following a quad bike accident at his farm.
