Court hears of police tap on drug-stash pharmacist’s phone

A pharmacist who allegedly negotiated a sale of steroids to a body-builder and supplied illicit substances to associates of outlaw motorcycle gangs, has been granted bail after appearing in court. 

The 36-year-old man, who has shares in several Hunter region pharmacies, appeared in Maitland Local Court in NSW on 10 charges,  including the supply of pseudoephedrine and steroids.
