Doctor who performed home cricothyroidotomy on wife loses suspension appeal
Dr Peter Spencer says he is innocent and should be able to return to work, after being suspended following an inquest.

A respiratory physician referred to criminal prosecutors for possible manslaughter following the death of his wife has proclaimed his innocence, calling for his medical board suspension to be lifted so he can treat patients.
Mayumi Spencer died at her Melbourne home in January 2015 from cocaine toxicity after she had a seizure and started vomiting.
