Dodgy service targets lead to time-wasting
More than half of UK pharmacists say they regularly carry out “irrelevant” services so they can meet set target numbers.
A survey of 1178 employed pharmacists revealed that 31% claimed to be offering unnecessary services on a daily basis to meet targets. Another 22% said they did so once or twice a week.
