England's GP inspector finds 'shocking care'

As many as one in 10 general practices in England are providing "shocking care" according to the country's first GP chief inspector, who claims that some practices are using out-of-date emergency drugs, failing to monitor vaccine fridge temperatures and don't even have doors on their consulting rooms.
