An Australian man who lived as a transsexual woman for seven years has transitioned back to living as a man after an epileptic seizure.

A case report published by a NSW psychiatrist this week described how the man had felt like he should have been a female from the age of four.
He eventually underwent breast augmentation and feminising facial surgery, and begin taking testosterone antagonists in his mid-30s.
