Ethical and moral conflicts to rise in pharmacy

Pharmacists will encounter more opportunities for ethical and moral dilemmas in day-to-day practice as the profession moves into a more patient-focused role, UK experts believe.

Writing in the International Journal of Pharmacy Practice, a group of pharmacy academics say: “As pharmacists expand their roles to include pharmaceutical care, there are significantly more opportunities for ethical and moral problems to arise”.
“The commercial
