Exercise improves MI survival

It’s well known that regular exercise is a good preventive measure against MI, but now it appears its benefits may go way beyond that.

According to a large Danish study of 14,223 people tracked for around 37 years, exercise is also linked to improved survival after MI.

Essentially, the study has found that fit people are more likely to survive a heart attack than unfit people.
