Find another solution, IMG importation is not the answer: RDAA

The Rural Doctors Association of Australia (RDAA) has published a discussion paper on the issue which proposes the creation of a national pathway “inspired” by the Queensland Rural Generalist Pathway (QRGP).

The paper said the QRGP “arose amidst concerns” about IMGs who lacked advanced or procedural skills, and who had limited access to support, training and supervision, being called on to replace procedural GPs in the bush.
