This brings the total to 15

A further four batches have been added to an Apo-Perindopril recall, bringing the total to 15.

defect

The recall follows potential contamination by fine particles of dark silica that appear to have escaped the desiccant cylinder placed in bottles to absorb moisture.

The signs of contamination are specks on the tablets, or a fine dust coating on the tablets or inside of the bottle, say the TGA and supplier Apotex.
