Girl suffers hallucinations after dispensing error

A California family has filed a lawsuit claim against a US pharmacy chain CVS after a 12-year-old girl suffered hallucination after being dispensed the wrong medicine.

According to a report in US publication Pharmacy Times, CVS Pharmacy, the second largest US chain, is facing the lawsuit after one of its pharmacies gave the girl zolpidem (Stilnox) instead of her prescribed antibiotics.
