A GP’s attempt at a flaccid joke landed him in court after his patient claimed the conduct amounted to sexual assault.
The 46-year-old man alleged the Melbourne GP grabbed his penis and the right side of his scrotum and said, “Do you have any money?”
Startled, the man responded: “What?”
The GP then allegedly replied: “You know, do you have any money?”
