GP's chaperone restriction overturned

A GP who allegedly failed to respect a female patient’s modesty during a physical examination was practising in a "textbook manner" at the time, a tribunal has heard.  

Dr Robert Liddell, who runs a Perth clinic specialising in employment health checks was last year ordered by the Medical Board of Australia to use a female chaperone in consultations with female patients.
