Case Presentation
A 39-YEAR-OLD man presented with a two-week history of crusty erythematous erosions in his axillary folds and infra-mammary region. These lesions were itchy, painful and malodorous.

He noted they were worse after exercising. He had a history of having these lesions off and on since his teenage years and his father had a similar condition.
On examination, there was a well demarcated, annular crusted plaque below the right nipple (main image), and a smaller plaque on its left.
The lesions
