Happy ending to immigration tussle
It has been just over a month since Perth GP Dr Cesar Sofocado received the news that he and his family would be able to stay in Australia.
After a three-year tussle with immigration authorities, which was only resolved when Immigration Minister Chris Bowen stepped in, he was understandably overjoyed at the news.
