Health minister demands review of the complaints process

Doctors facing serious malpractice charges are being allowed to see patients unsupervised for as long as three years while their case is investigated.

In one case a doctor who was later found guilty of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old patient continued working for years after the Health Care Complaints Commission started investigating him.
