The RACGP’s new support system for IMGs to achieve fellowship has struggled to attract candidates and will start with a quarter of its 400 places unfilled.


In May, the college revealed it had secured federal government funding to provide non-VR GPs with mentors and individually tailored courses so they could pass its fellowship exams.
