Industry voices strong support for student caps: poll
Community pharmacists are overwhelmingly in favour of a cap on students accepted into pharmacy courses, new poll data reveals.
Following extensive feedback on the topic of student caps, we ran a poll on the Pharmacy News website, asking readers whether there should be a cap on the number of students admitted into pharmacy degrees in Australia.
More than 340 people voted in the poll, with 96% of voters answering ‘yes’.
Only 3% voted against the need for student caps, while 1% said they didn’t know.
