Intensive exercise best before high-fat meals

For teens with a penchant for fatty foods, short bursts of high intensity exercise before a meal is best for their vascular health, a UK study suggests.

The study set out to determine what exercise intensity was the most beneficial in 20 adolescents after consuming a high fat meal, comparing eight one-minute bursts of cycling against 25 minutes of continuous cycling in a group of 20 healthy teenagers.
