Kings Cross icon Dr Ray Seidler dies
Dr Seidler worked in the suburb of Kings Cross for more than 30 years and was a vocal advocate for addiction medicine.
He was instrumental in the establishment of one of the city’s first methadone clinics and was a regular contributor to Medical Observer.
Dr Gavin Allison, who worked with Dr Seidler at their Kings Cross practice, described his colleague as an “icon of drug and alcohol medicine in this area”.
