More GP practices fail on vaccine storage
Two more GP practices have been caught failing to follow national vaccine storage guidelines and dozens more are being investigated by NSW health authorities.
A statewide vaccine storage audit was launched last month after a patient reported a GP clinic in Sydney was using out-of-date vaccines apparently stored in a household fridge.
The incident led to a public health response to track down 3000 patients and tell them to see another GP for revaccination.
But a subsequent audit identified 44 so-called "high-risk" practices, according to Dr Vicky Sheppeard, the
