Most GPs still vulnerable to violent patients

Just one in five GPs is set up to escape a consultation should a patient turn violent, according to concerning new research.

A national study suggests security measures are only haphazardly implemented across the Australian healthcare system, with much room to improve in ensuring doctors are kept safe.
