My Health Record opt-out: 'I don't think it's gone well'
Patients reported technical problems with My Health Record website on Monday after flocking to opt out of having a record automatically created for them come November.
According to reports on social media, people were ejected from the website or simply blocked by a message saying: "Sorry, this webpage could not be displayed."
People also reported on Twitter that the My Health Record phone helpline was overwhelmed, with hold times of more than an hour.
Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull told 3AW radio there had been a "glitch" but promised it was resolved.
